I created "Becoming the Mother You Needed" because I have a specific vision:

To help mothers heal their attachment wounds so they can become the secure attachment figure they never had and raise securely attached children. Breaking generational cycles through nervous system healing, not willpower.

Inside this healing circle, you'll receive:

✅ 8 Weekly 75-Minute Live Group Calls where we'll work together through somatic experiencing and attachment repatterning to heal your nervous system and rewire the patterns stored in your body so you can stay present during your child's biggest moments instead of shutting down or exploding

✅ Intimate Group Container limited to 10 mothers maximum - because attachment wounds were formed in isolation and can only be healed in the safety of authentic connection with others who truly understand where you will feel witnessed and held as you do the deepest work of breaking generational patterns

✅ Telegram Community Support for continued connection between calls, because healing happens in relationship and you need ongoing support as these patterns shift which creates a space for real-time guidance and connection - so post-meltdown or mid-morning when you need support, you can tap in immediately with me and your mom village for encouragement and tools

✅ Embodied practices that actually rewire your nervous system - not mental strategies, but experiential exercises that change how your body responds to your child's emotions at the cellular level this is where the real transformations occur to create long-term shifts that become your new normal, not just coping strategies you have to remember to use
